Carolyn
was born in Grasscroft, England and moved to Hampshire with her parents
in the 1970's. Carolyn spent her formative years in
Hampshire
before marrying in 1981. She trained with The Keep-Fit Association
(KFA) in the 1980's before becoming interested in Yoga
and Reiki
after the birth of her two Children Jeremy and Jennifer. Once
Carolyn started her studies she became aware of similar oriental
disciplines including Shiatsu and Indian Head Massage
Carolyn has always enjoyed movement, dance and the fitness of the physical body before finding the spiritual elements
of Yoga and
Tai-Chi. Carolyn is a qualified Yoga Instructor and holds a 200 hour Diploma in Yoga.
Fully qualified at Reiki Level 1, Reiki
Level 2 and
Reiki
Master & Teacher, Carolyn is able to offer Reiki Therapy and
training and Shiatsu & Indian Head Massage either at her home
or
yours following a short consultation which allows both
parties to be become familiar with the procedure
Carolyn became aware that her gift of Reiki could compliment her lifelong
interest in nature. Always having had an affinity and love
of
both her pets and natures wildlife she is happy to discuss offering Reiki Therapy to your horses and other pets
Carolyn
holds certificates in both the theory and practice of Indian Head
Massage from S.N.H.S. and Gateway Workshops and an
S.N.H.S. certificate
in the theory and practice of Shiatsu
Carolyn
continues her learning by completing both practical workshops and
theoretical courses in all of her chosen disciplines
